Booking Terms

1. The apartment is offered for holiday rental subject to availability.

2. To reserve the apartment the client should complete the booking form and return it together with the non-refundable deposit.

3. The balance is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. We reserve the right to regard failure of payment as cancellation. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Security deposit £200 is required in case of damage to the apartment or its contents. However the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client’s liability to the owner. The client shall replace with similar articles of at least an equal value, or if the owner requires, to pay the owner the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment utensils, etc. so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable and refund any balance due on their return home.

5. In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks, (of the booking) which must be in writing, the whole of the balance of the rental shall remain due and payable at the time specified as above, but if the apartment shall be re-let an appropriate refund may be made to the client.

6. The client is to arrange a comprehensive insurance to include cancellation cover, the party’s personal belongings etc, since these are not covered by the owners insurance.

7. The rental period shall commence at 3pm on the first day and vacate at 10am on the last day, unless other arrangements have been made with the courier or owner.

8. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take care of the apartment and contents and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The owner reserves a right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the home in an unacceptable condition.

9. The Owner shall not be liable to the Client: for any defects or stoppage in the supply of public services to the complex or apartment, nor in respect of any equipment, plant machinery or appliance in the apartment, gardens or swimming pool. Some of the amenities at the complex may open less frequently at the beginning and at the end of the season and the swimming pools may need to close for a short period for cleaning. For any loss, damage or injury, which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner.

10. No pets / animals on site. Noise abatement policy: no undue noise to made between the hours of 11pm and 8am. Ball games played in designated areas.

11. For the comfort of all our clients, there is a strict No Smoking rule inside the apartment.
